Do you want to have nice shoulders? Our shoulders are made form three heads:
front deltoid, lateral deltoid and rear deltoid.
Those 2 exercises in the video are very simple and you can do it anywhere.
Front V Raises will target mostly your front shoulders and side raises will target lateral deltoids.
Front V- Raises 20 reps x 3 sets
Side Raises 20 reps x 3 sets
