I'm a member of the Canadian Snowboard Federation's National Development Team for freestyle snowboarding, and I've been training with Eva for three years. Since then I've made remarkable progress in my sport which is reflected in my results, my achievements and my personal confidence.
Eva is such a positive influence in my life! She encourages me to jump higher, be faster, push harder, hold longer and do more. She is supportive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated. Her workouts are creative and fun and her nutrition plans are effective and reasonable. I love training with Eva because she makes me a stronger person, inside and out. Yay for Eva!!!!

I'm a self-confessed 56 year old female couch potato who dislikes exercise and loathes the gym. When my 25 year old niece convinced me that I had to experience the 4 day Inca Trail hike to Machu Picchu, Peru, rather than taking the train, I knew I had to get off the couch. As
Eva had trained me so well that I was passing much younger hikers on the trail and at the end of the day, I had no muscle complaints nor did my heart rate ever exceed 123 bpm. Day three was another smooth seven hours of hiking and no muscle pain at the end. Eva's focus on training the correct muscles for the task I had to complete was perfect and her constant encouragement and belief in me throughout my training kept me focused and on track to achieve my goal. I can't thank Eva enough for giving me the ability to follow in the footsteps of the Inca.
